In Washington state, it is illegal to drive with more than 5 nanograms of THC or more in your blood if you are 21 or older. It is completely illegal for drivers under the age of 21 to have any THC in their blood.
If you are found to be over the 5 nanograms limit, you will be charged with a DUI, just like a DUI you would get for driving drunk. If you are charged, you will need an SR22.
