On July 28, 2019, Washington’s new motorcycle liability laws will go into effect.
Motorcycle insurance for riders must now meet the same minimum requirements as vehicles: Bodily Injury Liability Coverage – $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident and Property Damage Liability Coverage – $10,000.
After purchasing motorcycle insurance from EJI, we will send you a new insurance card with your insurance policy information. This card will prove that you are in compliance with the law if you are pulled over by a police officer. If you fail to show this card, you will receive a violation ticket.
